Webmaster Notices:  

  • Inspection Period 2008:  The Warren County 2008 Property Assessment Roll (date as of January 1) will be open for inspection from May 5, through May 19, 2008.  You will see our ad in the Daily News, Sunday, April 27th, and Sunday, May 4th.  See Details.  

  • Listing Period 2008:  January 1st through February 29th is the period for listing your real estate assessment for State, County, City and School taxes for the year 2008.  You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Sunday, January 6th.  See Details.

  • Homestead (and Disability) Exemption Allowance has been increased to $31,400 for years 2007 and 2008 per KRS 132.810 (2)(e).  (The allowance was previously $29,400 for years 2005 and 2006.)
